You built a good life… but lately it’s starting to feel too small.

Use a purposeful travel break to decompress, reconnect with who you are, and return calmer, clearer, and more confident about the life and work you want next.

You don’t need another vacation that helps you recover just enough to go back to the same routine.

Thank You, we'll be in touch soon.

This isn’t about escaping your life.

It’s about finally getting enough space to see it clearly.

When you’re inside the same routines, same pressure, same expectations, and same version of yourself every day, it’s hard to tell what you actually want anymore.

You’re mostly just trying to keep up.

A purposeful travel break gives you room to breathe, rest, explore, and start hearing yourself again.

Not the version of you who is always managing everything.

The version underneath all of that.

The one who knows something needs to change, even if you don’t know exactly what yet.

A break doesn’t have to set you back.

It can help you come back stronger.

You may be wondering:

What if I fall behind?
What if people see me differently?
What if I struggle to get another job?
What if I lose the career momentum I worked so hard to build?

Those fears make sense.

You’ve spent years building your skills, credibility, income, reputation, and stability. Of course you don’t want to throw that away.

But a well-planned break is not career abandonment.

It can be career recalibration.

You can use this time to recover your energy, rethink your relationship with work, explore new possibilities, reconnect with your network, build skills, test business ideas, or simply return to your current path with better boundaries and a clearer sense of what you want.

The goal isn’t to disappear and hope everything works out.

The goal is to build a bridge into your next chapter with more calm, confidence, and intention than you have now.

Everything You Need to Turn a Travel Break Into a Life Reset

Build the Practical Bridge

This is where we make the dream feel safe enough to act on.

You’ll look at money, travel costs, housing, pets, bills, insurance, career timing, remote income possibilities, and the real-life logistics that need to be handled before you go.

Not because logistics are the transformation.

Because the right plan protects the transformation.

Design a Break With Purpose, Not Pressure

You don’t need every day of your sabbatical planned.

You need a clear purpose, meaningful themes, and enough structure to feel grounded without turning the whole thing into another productivity project.

We’ll map what success looks like for your break so you can stop worrying that you’ll waste it.

Experience What Wakes You Up

This isn’t about checking landmarks off a list.

You’ll learn how to create travel experiences that wake something up in you: local connection, culture, nature, creativity, service, adventure, reflection, and space to see your life from a new angle.

Travel becomes the mirror, not just the escape.

Redesign Life and Work for Your Next Chapter

As you move through your break, you’ll begin asking better questions.

What kind of life do I want to come home to?

What role do I want work to play now?

Do I want to return, pivot, consult, start a business, build remote income, or create a healthier rhythm in my current path?

You don’t have to know the answer before you begin.

The break gives those answers room to surface.

Why I created The Mid-Life Travel Awakening

In 2019, after nearly 20 years in corporate life, I quit my job and traveled the world.

I didn’t do it because I hated work or wanted to run away from responsibility.

I did it because I knew there had to be more to life than waiting for retirement to finally feel free. Both my parents didn't even make it to retirement age.

That trip changed how I saw work, money, time, travel, and what it means to build a life that actually fits.

But more than that, it gave me permission to stop living by the script I thought I had to follow.

It brought back parts of me I didn’t even realize had gone quiet: my creativity, my sense of fun, my curiosity, and my ability to be fully present with the people I love.

I came home more confident, more alive, and clearer about the kind of life I wanted to build next.

Now I help mid-life professionals create their own version of that reset, with more intention, more support, and a clearer plan than I had when I started.

Because a meaningful travel break isn’t just about where you go.

It’s about who you become when you finally step outside the life that’s been running you.

You Won’t Have to Figure This Out Alone

You’ll have a community where you can ask questions, share ideas, get feedback, and meet other people who are also rethinking what life and work could look like.

Because this kind of shift can feel lonely when everyone around you is still following the old script.

Sometimes you need a place where the dream doesn’t sound crazy. It sounds like something you’re actually building.

Ready to stop putting your next chapter on “someday”?

The Mid-Life Travel Awakening is for people who are tired of using vacation as a recovery room from real life.

It’s for people who have built something respectable, but know deep down that the next chapter needs to feel more alive, intentional, and honest.

If you’re craving space to decompress, travel with purpose, and figure out what you actually want life and work to look like now, join the priority list.
