The people of Gent, Belgium, are so generous! Whe The people of Gent, Belgium, are so generous!

When the guy we originally connected with through Couchsurfing could only offer us one night, he went out of his way to hook us up with his friends who could host us for the remainder of our time there.

They had never done any Couchsurfing nor hosting before, but they loved the experience so much, they asked us to help them set up their profile! (which we were happy to do, of course!)

What a fun experience with amazing people. I hope they have hosted many more since our visit and still love connecting with travelers! ✈️
You can climb the south tower of the Cologne Cathe You can climb the south tower of the Cologne Cathedral. The 533 steps are a challenge, though, and the entrance is actually below the main cathedral. But if the "no lift, no joke" sign doesn't deter you, you'll be rewarded with stunning views of the city from 97 meters in the sky!

Fun story... Winter national parks has become our Fun story... Winter national parks has become our new obsession.

You might not even consider traveling in January because of school or work obligations, but it's actually a wonderful time to go!

A few years back, a friend invited Brianna to visit Yosemite National Park in January. It was cold, but it turned out being pure photography candy, and she was hooked.

A few years later, we kept up the tradition by visiting Bryce National Park and nearby Zion in the winter. There was next to no one there, temperatures were perfect for hiking, and snow frosted the orange hoodoos for gorgeous contrast.

And we recently took a road trip to Death Valley - also in the wintertime!

We believe winter is the best time to visit a national park, and you can do it too! Follow for more tips on becoming an Unlimited Traveler ✈️

In the past, we could only afford one big trip per year... but that changed when we started traveling full-time. Then we discovered traveling is actually more affordable than living at home!

Want to see what we mean? We've put together a free resource to show you how affordable trips really are, so you can afford more of them every year.

#Storytime! We were such cute, inexperienced vaca #Storytime! We were such cute, inexperienced vacationers once... We almost missed one of the things that drew us to Japan in the first place! 🤦‍♀️

We've always been fascinated with visiting Japan. Ever since Brianna's sister got her into anime, she's always wanted to be one of those cute girls running to school with a piece of toast in her mouth 😆

Pictures of this iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine called us to Kyoto.

However, our activities that morning took longer than expected, so by the time we finally arrived, it was already dark. We hadn't eaten dinner yet, and we simply didn't have the energy to scale the entire mountain as originally planned.

Fortunately, the place was nearly empty, so it was easy to get empty tunnels of endless red gates. And we now have an excuse to return and visit it properly!

As expert travelers now, we'd prioritize these spots first. But you can learn from our mistakes! 😉

Check out the link in our bio to become an expert traveler!
